What is South Central Connect?

The Idaho Connect Community Navigator Pilot Program is a “hub and spoke” model, with the Idaho WBC as the hub, and eight spoke organizations who will create collective impact. We are one of the 8 Spoke Organizations. Together, as a  team of community organizations we commit to identify and support underserved and under resourced entrepreneurs In Idaho. Idaho Connect network of partner organizations will help address the identified gap areas of: financial, digital, and legal literacy, while increasing cultural knowledge and awareness.

South Central Connect's goal is to increase the support of training and technical assistance to the Hispanic small businesses in Idaho via outreach using a community navigator model.

Meet our Program Director

Martha Martinez

Martha Martinez has lived in Idaho since the age of 10, she was raised in Southern Idaho in the city of Wendell. Martha’s work experience includes administrative support for a Human Resources and Payroll Company as well as for a Logistics company. Martha also has 7 years of experience as a paralegal. Martha is fluent in Spanish. Throughout her career all her roles have been aligned with her love to serve and help the community. Martha is committed to providing excellent service to the community. When Martha isn't serving her community she enjoys spending time with her family, baking, reading, yoga, and exploring the outdoors.


Martha’s most recent accomplishment includes becoming the Program Director for the South Central Idaho Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where she is also the Director for South Central Connect.  She is excited to start engaging with entrepreneurs and is passionate about helping them be successful.
